I thought it was interesting. The Italian presenter along with the history lesson made it interesting. The shifting evolution from the flip flop hub to the Cambio Corsa to the modern RD system was also interesting. Plus, the view from the top was pretty good.

I feel like I haven't regularly watched GCN at all for a couple of years, maybe it's just that they've covered virtually everything already. I do love Manon though.
