SRAM Force front derailleur with GRX Crankset?

Has anyone used a 2x GRX Crankset with a SRAM Force front derailleur? I need a new crankset, currently have a Shimano BB in the bike (2011 Giant TCX) and am looking at the gravel GRX cranksets as the range would be nice for the riding I do. My front derailleur is a SRAM Force 2x10. I understand the chain line on the GPX cranksets is 2.5mm farther out than the road shimano cranksets.

Has anyone successfully used a 2x10 GRX crankset with a SRAM Force front derailleur? I don't really want to buy a new FD if I don't have to...

I don't know if the SRAM FD has enough adjustment to work with the GRX crankset, but SRAM makes a "wide spacing" braze on mount that spaces the FD out 2.5mm. Its a pricey braze on mount, but it makes any road FD work with a wider chainline crankset. https://www.universalcycles.com/shop...s.php?id=68097

I purchased a GRX 30-46 crank and front derailuer last year. Kept my 105 derailuer on and it works fine. Never used the GRX derailuer

My GRX crankset works with an Ultegra derailleur, so by analogy, it should be possible. However, "works" and "SRAM front derailleur" are inherently contradictory.
