Giamè Elio Columbus steel frameset

Saw this on ebay: "Giamè Elio Columbus steel frameset late 60s early 70s Campagnolo dropouts."
Frame and fork 5.2 lbs. I can't find much about Elio Special (the decal on the frame) other than that the Giamè brothers were respected builders in Turin who built for Gios. Can anyone share any info about this make?
