Oooh, if that's still around lunchtime tomorrow I'll be heading out to Garden Home. I'm not gonna stick it in a Kilo tho. 1997 KHS Comp rather. The ass end of that bike is way too heavy and getting rid of the 400mm Kalloy LaPrade should help a bit.

I'd love to find something like that around here to build over the winter.

So far I found just one kilo frame on ebay and the guy can't even tell me the size.

Meet the seller at your favorite LBS, have them check the item(s) over. If you make arrangements in advance, they shouldn't have a problem with that.

I bought a Bianchi San Jose off CL last weekend and promptly crashed it. Everything seems to be OK, but the front brake shudders like a ***** now. I hate cantis.

Most of my CL action has been good. Worst one is some doofus broke the shift cable pulley on a 1965 Raleigh Sports I was selling while he test rode it - I don't know how he managed that. Most people that test ride bikes I sell just don't know how to shift, what's up with that?

eBay is more of a crap shoot, IMO.

I love cantis, but I ride bikes with short headtubes so never get shudder. I reckon you already know this but in case you don't, they make Vees that'll work with your levers.

Probably cause the cutout is shaped to a wheel all the way forward in the dropouts

There's no way you'd be able to slam that wheel without it rubbing.

Having experience with the way Fuji does things, it's actually because they make one size seat tube and put it on different size frames. Cutting a bit off the bottom of the tube makes the cutout not match up with the wheel.

2011 Leader 725 55cm - $300 (ne 32nd & prescott)

This frame and fork were only ridden for about a month total and were just replaced by something else. There are a few scratches here and there but nothing major and no dents.
The list of parts on this build includes:
Frame: 2011 Leader 725 55cm
Fork: Leader I806A
Headset: FSA
Wheels: Rear: Red Velocity deep v to formula hub
Front: Unknown box rim to formula hub
Cranks: 165mm Sugino messengers w/ 46tsugino chainring and Miche bb
Bars/ Stem: Titec hellbent risers/ bontrager stem
Saddle/ post: Charge spoon/ FSA post

All parts are in good working order.
Please feel free to email me with any questions or offers.
Thanks for looking

Dont mind the goofy seat height in the picture, I just need it high to get it in my repair stand.
This would be mine if it were my size. Someone should definitely pick up this great deal.

Hmmm, is 725 geo similar to 721's? Retrogression lists the 55cm's top tube @ 567.8mm, pretty long.
