finally
So after being off the bike for about a month and a half i finally rode today. Took a nice 46 mile ride down to Philly and back. Mostly flat but on the return trip about half way back man was i tired, guess that's what being off the bike for so long does to you. Felt good to finally be back on though. Just hope time and weather permit it.

I know how you feel. I was off the bicycle from the beginning of June to the beginning of September, and am gradually building up my strength again now.

I haven't biked since end of July and just yesterday I biked to school and my legs trembled like I had seizure or something. Now that scared the crap out of me.
