back on the bike... well inside that is
After two months of no riding and laziness I finally went out today and bought a trainer and took my first spin on it. At least I was back on my bike and hey I got to watch tv at the same time but it needs to warm up around here so I can get back outside for actual riding.

I know I know... no excuse I suppose just not feeling the cold windy ride, but I'm sure I'll be out in it soon enough now that I'm at least back on the bike pedaling inside for a bit.
