Paging Cypress - 40 mph sprint needed

Just got this in an e-mail from MSU for the "latest goings on". Sounds pretty cool that they're trying bent racing. However I came upon a quote which got me thinking.
"The team is hoping to reach speeds above 40 mph in the Fast Cat."
Our very own Cypress can reach these same speeds in a sprint on a real bike into a headwind. Therefore I propose a race between the human quad machine and his hometown Fast Cat, let the speculation begin !

It seems HPV racing isn't as big up there as down here. Our HPV team hit 50 on the flats, didn't even win this year.
