I think this guy should get the whole book thrown at him and nothing less. For both of the riders he hit. There is no reason to hit someone with your car no matter what that person may have done or said.
Let me say right up front, this was not the bike rider's fault. But, having said that, I want to consider the fact that when we are out on the road on our two, and some times three wheels, we are the smallest and most vulnerable vehicles out there. I, for one, don't want to do anything to piss off someone in a two ton weapon, especially someone as unstable as this guy seems to be. I reiterate, I know it was not the guy on the bike's fault, no way, no how, not even close. I'm just asking all of my brothers and sisters here to be careful out there.
