Deleted! Didn't know a little humour would offend. Sorry.

This is the kind of borderline-off-topic, cutsey post that will destroy this forum as sure as we're sitting here. Moderator, please move this thread back to the humor section, where it belongs.

While riding to work the other day, I saw two men walk into a bar. You would think that one of them would have seen it.

A Shetland pony walks into a bar. Bartender takes one look, and says "Why the long face?"

"I'm a little horse."

A guy walks in to a bar crying and the bartender asks why. The guy says that his wife broke her jaw and had to have her mouth wired shut and can't talk for two months.

The bartender says "Don't worry, the time will fly by and be over before you know it."

The man says "I know, the wires come off tomorrow!"

I was about to post a rather scathing (and amusing) response to the comments regarding my post. After reading a PM, am I to infer that the response was not directed at the post but at a problem with moderators moving topics? Did I miss read sarcasm and delete my post, and over react? I hope so, because I was somewhat offended by the response. But my rebuttal was brilliant! Wow I don’t usually miss sarcasm.

PS Here is a link to the “offending” post. https://www.howtoavoidthebummerlife.c.../yep.html#more

"My bad" all the way, Hoss. I should have more clear about my intended sarcasm which was not directed at you. I apologize for the bad feelings I generated with my poorly concieved post.

The joke was very funny, and perfectly suited for this forum...which of course makes it a prime candidate to either removal or transfer to some other forum.

Why not post your response anyway...it's probabaly great!

This is why we need a 50+ forum. We're not a bunch of loosers who think that "infer" and "imply" mean the same thing. BTW that joke seems pretty tame, but that's just me.

This is the problem when two senile people argue: neither one has a clue what the other meant.

What occurs to me is that the wife and the Cervelo shop mechanic are the ones having an affair...or maybe it's the wife and Calfee? Or Chuch Norris?
