Is Kent a good name brand?

Can anyone tell me if Kent is a good brand of mountain bike? Im looking at a Black Canyon for my fiance,and was wondering if it was worth the $30 they are asking,its in brand new condition. Thanks for the help

I dont know much about them except they are sold at big box stores. If she doesnt plan on doing any trail riding then its most likley fine for her , just take it to a bike shop and have it tuned up.

First off, it is $30.00. Odds are, it's worth the money. Second, you can't be expecting much from a $30 bike.

No. A kent is not a good bike. You could certainly find a better bike for $30 at a garage sale, thrift shop or flea market. I'd hold on to the $30 if I were you.
