No.
1) You have to ask?
2) You're wasting an hour waiting for an answer?
You don't deserve to ride today!

Ride and you can go as fast as you like, in a straight path, without any other vehicles or pedestrians around...
However, whenever approaching a redlight or stop sign, always remember to give yourself plenty of road distance in which to stop.
Also, the most dangerous thing you could ever do while riding on a wet surface, is to maintain your same speed while cornering. Always slow down, before turning.
SLOW DOWN LONG BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR TURN!!!

Wear rain gear, though...
PS.
Now be off with you! Go Now!!!

If you have to ask, you should stay home.
You might get your crank wet.

It's been 40 minutes since you posted this. If it stopped raining at time of posting, the ground is dry by now.

Throw the stick!!!!
Also, as many times as I have been drenched on a bike, snowed on on a bike, hailed on on a bike, dropped on a bike, laughed at on a bike, felt like death warmed over on a bike........wait, where was I going with this????
