two trikes to one tandem trike.

I am looking at taking two tadpole trikes and making a tandem trike. I want to be able to seperate them into two trikes easily. I am thinking about making a "tow bar" type of set up. I know that having 6 wheels on the ground instead of just 3 will and some addition resistance, but that is not a problem. I have a general idea of how I plan to make it, but if someone has already done this and is willing to share that would be great.
