I'm surprised that it lasted 20 minutes. Heck I was tempted and I just picked up a moto GR to restore.

I knew this would come up. I've been watching for an low-priced PX10 like this, and I'm not surprised I missed it. Next time, I guess. And I truly don't need it.

I've been looking for one of these for a while and then this year a '73 Motobecane grand record and a 1970s mercier 300 more or less dropped into my lap. So I think I'm done looking for a PX 10 . . . . but I would have been tempted had I seen this earlier as well and I truly don't need it at this point.

Just a reminder to everyone and hope it doesnt get me in trouble. All the frames i picked up from a local BF member are not my size so soon enough they will end up here for grabs.

if the OO wanted to sell them separately he could have....Buy them all was stated and if they don't fit selling seems fair, getting them back to the community seems the right thing to do.

I would not think it should be a problem, the member that you bought them from was cleaning house and as far as I know, reading the add there were no restrictions on the buy.

Mini backstory on this frame to whoever got it, it was pulled out of a trash can in front of a house in Costa Mesa CA. I was a USPS letter carrier at the time, if I remember correctly the guy tossing it was the original owner. Components were pretty shot. Has a Pop’s bike shop decal at the base of the seat tube, just like a ‘62 Raleigh Gran Sport I picked up years later.

By the way, the more I ride my X10 the more I like it. Great vintage cosmetic appeal and a wonderful ride quality. Pretty hard to beat that, in my opinion.

I'm sentimental about the PX10, because like so many of us, I lusted after them when I was a teenager. Then I bought one when I was 18, and it got stolen a couple of months later. It was a 1979 model, a bit different from this one. So the theft makes my sentimentality even deeper.
