The only insurance commercials I don't hate are the mayhem ones, and I always forget which company they're advertising!

Speaking of PEDs and insurance ads, cough cough, Peyton, cough.

In California about half of the Liberty Mutual commercials are for products not available in California. I'm not sure how that's legal, but, go figure.

His calves are bulging, and so is his stomach, especially in the commercial.

That reminds me a bit of the cyclist caricature in the film "The Triplets of Belleville" (2003):

If you haven't seen it, I recommend it simply because it is one of the most unusual film styles I've ever seen.

I see women like that all the time around here!

EDIT: I guess what I'm seeing are more "cankles" than calves. I apologize. Please carry on.

eek! An obviously joking commercial didnt accurately portray cyclists...because it's a joke, so let's rage and call the writers names as a result!

Man, I hate those Liberty commercials. They are all about people whining instead of taking responsiblity. "I wrapped my new car around a tree and my insurance goes up, how unfair" Wah, wah!

commercials let us know the condition and direction our society is heading. Insurance must be a good business and very profitable to command that kind of air time (liberty, geico, all state, the general, I have these memorized)

NSFW ALERT!

I hate it when clueless non-cyclists try to cash in on our sacred sport.

This is what the passion is all about, what we are really like.

Last edited by cb400bill; 01-06-19 at 03:08 PM. Reason: Come on! Add a NSFW alert when the video includes language like that!
