Shimano Ultegra FC-6600 left crank compatibility

I'm looking at installing a Stages power meter (left side only) on my not-so-new ride. It currently has an Ultegra FC-6600 crankset (10-sp, 2x). Would a 105 5800 left crank arm fit there? And if so, any spacer needed between the crank arm and the axle face?

The crank arms have the same HT2 interface with the spindle. I've not seen a road HT2 with any type of spacer on the left. That doesn't mean something doesn't exist. Folks do weird stuff

Thanks, that's what I figured out. The spacer question comes from the original FC-6600 Technical Service Instructions from Shimano - they specify the use of a spacer for the left crankarm on triple chainring (FC-6603) installations, no clue why.

the 6603 uses a spacer on both sides. #16 plastic on the drive side and #10 metal on the NDS.
Most likely to get the correct chain line.
