I do have a Tesla Cybertruck on order, though.
Edit:I looked it up. Pretty car. I saw one in the wild a few months ago before I even knew they were out. I was impressed with the styling. I know nothing of cars.

Here is a refresh of the bicycle sculpture story. A long time ago, circa 1975, my father came home from work (worked in NYC and we lived in NJ) and mentioned that he saw a bicycle sculpture in a window of a gallery and he really liked it. My mom did some research, and found out the details and ordered this over the phone and had it shipped to us as a surprise 40th birthday present for him. He was very pleased and the sculpture took its home in our family room. I was 10 years old at the time. About 10 years later, I was out of the house and my parents downsized. The sculpture took its new home in my father's den/study above his desk.
When I took my current job in 2001, my father said he wanted to give me something for my office. He told me he wanted me to have the bicycles sculpture. I initially declined, and told him that it was a gift from the family to HIM and I was not comfortable taking it. He insisted, so I relented and it has hung proudly in my office ever since. Over the years, I have adorned it with occasional artwork from the kids as seen in the picture above.
The Giro 100 year banner is a more recent addition, one of my patients (who sadly passed away a year ago) was visiting Italy in 2017 and apparently found/got a bit of a cloth banner celebrating the Giro and gave it to me since he knows I am an avid cyclist.
That's the story.

I turned it off even before the half. I wasn't feeling it for some strange reason.

What is "gobsmacked" anyway? That is a new expression to me. Same thing as flabbergasted? Moonstruck?
