All politics aside...I consider Notorious RBG to be an intellectual and an idealist among other things. She was always charting her own path, not caring what others thought "BUT" always standing up for what she considered was/is right even though it seemed at times she was the only one standing. A giant that history will remember as being a stalworth protagonist of freedom....a REBEL.
I think a Harley would be her cycle of choice...The Captain America...Red, White and Blue!

IMO, Whether one agrees with another's political leanings or not, a bit of decorum is warranted particularly given the circumstances.
The same holds true for war heroes, I respect them all regardless of whether or not they have been captured or share my view/s on which bike is the best.

I imagine Ruth Bader Ginsburg's personal whip would have been something hand-made by the French (custom Imron paint job), with reasonably relaxed geometry and a custom pre-softened Brooks saddle engraved with "Notorious RBG". It would have had 650B tires, upright bars, classic gumwall tires and wooden fenders; MKS rat-trap style touring pedals; full lighting kit. She'd have ridden it with a helmet (also with lighting kit), wool padded jodhpurs and wool vintage jersey, probably back and forth between her pad and SCOTUS. Gears would have been by Rohloff. Belt drive would be a nice touch.
This is all speculative, of course, but I think it's unlikely RBG would have ridden fixed gear.

1903 Sunbeam for the Champ.
The Queen of my collection 1903 Sunbeam. Fit for a champion. The tiny owner rode it for 70 years after her mother (the original owner) died before WW2. Rode it home after buying it from her son.
