New carbon fiber frame - what are these mounting points for?

I bought this new frame and have had some questions about it. This one I can't find an answer to. See the photo - I know the set of 2 ferrules at the top of the photo are for a bottle cage. What are the two M4 threaded holes for that are below the bottle cage mounts, and above the "24" decal? Thanks!

Bikes: Too many. Giant Trance X 29, Surly Midnight Special get the most time.

Not sure, maybe optional cable guide for a Shimano toggle style front detailleur?

Attaching an electronic drivetrain battery or controller? That's a Museeuw frame? What's it like?
Here's a Bianchi with what looks like a Campag EPS controller mounted in the same location:

Maybe for external battery for Di2 or eTap? If you don't have anything that fits it, then just be happy that if you need it it will be there.

Etap batteries are in the components themselves, unless you have a TT or Tri bike, but the Blipbox wouldn't mount on the down tube.

External battery mount. The earlier models of Di2 and Campy EPS V1 had much larger batteries.

I've got the same frame, its honestly as nice as most any bike I've ridden. Responsive, quick and comfortable. Only possible down side is tire width, running velocity a23 rims the bike is largely limited to 23mm tires. Tried 25mm but the tires were closer to the stays then I would have liked.

Yes, it is a Museeuw frame. Thought I would try it out for the price, then went all in and ordered a Sensah/ZRace 11-speed group from China. Just waiting on the EC90 carbon bars to finish the build up. I'll post pics when done.
