How many watts?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have my power output set to 400W. Unless you've been racing, there is no way you could match my speed.

Ebikes have like 500 watts. Why exert physical effort? This is 2018. Everyone can be fast. It's progress.

I saw an article the other day on building your own fast ebike. 40 MPH and 1500 watts.

It depends on the size of your Guads, and how many riders you want to drope

Watts? No watts. Joules. Joules are more valuable. And chicks dig them!

With any luck, I'll get my wahoo trainer set up tonight and do my first ever FTP test. I'm hoping for some number of watts above 'embarrassing.'

Lol, so, i think jt is definktely embarassingly low. Granted...it was 11pm and I'd had a whiskey while getting everything setup. But the warmup on zwift gassed me, staeted out too fast once the 20 test axtually started, and threw in the towel after 5 minutes lol.
