Sovos hubs, any good?
I keep forgetting to ask about these, lol, but I also keep seeing them, recently, on an old Motobecane at a thrift store. I've seen them a few times over the years, but have no idea of their quality or background. So educate me, please. 🤔

I once did a large and complex bikes parts transaction with a shop that resulted in me getting 10 pounds of these hubs, as well as some 'Quando' branded units. Same spec. The lot of these hubs are now sitting on the ocean floor, hopefully providing some quantum of shelter to small denizens of the deep.

Even with a lot of the low end stuff like Sovos and Quando- I read of people being perfectly satisfied with them.
On the other hand, there's being satisfied with a $100 wheel set that meets your needs, then there's a beautiful, long lasting wheel set that meets your needs and makes you happy but costs a bit (lot) more.
