Anyone using PEMF for muscle recovery?

When I entered my 60s I noticed my recovery periods taking longer and my watt production dropped off significantly after 75 miles. I have been using Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy for several years on chronic low back pain with good results. A couple of weeks ago I decided to try it on my quadriceps, treating them before, during and after a ride. The change has been significant. My average mph and watts are up and I feel less drained after 6 hours in the saddle.

I was interested to see if anyone else was using PEMF. I hate to take drugs so this is my go to for pain anywhere on the body and now for muscle recovery also.

Please share what type of bike you ride and how you deal with muscle fatigue after a day in the saddle.

Steel bikes.

I find quantized gravitational hypercharge therapy, followed by Higgs boson immersion, yields the best results, but I am also open to various spin-1/2 alternative therapies as well.

Is that like a TENS unit? Never thought to use one on muscles

Those are of limited benefit unless you take an hour long neutrino bath twice a day.
