Rocket7 shoes customer service non response
I sent my Rocket7 shoes back to the company, with proper return authorization, in October. I had some correspondence with them in December clairifying the details of the repairs I wanted. I haven't heard anything since. I've emailed several times and called 3 different phone numbers many times - no answer. I saw on their website something about their customer service being delayed due to their moving to a new facility.
Anyone else looking for their shoes?
