We just can't keep a good zombie buried.

Tall, upright bars work really well on these older frames with such slack angles.

Mine is CrMo lugged steel with unicrown fork and a "Made In Japan" decal. I believe it is a 1985 but I bought it long after that from a fellow Bike Forum member. It is a good bike.

Thes non-suspended mountain bikes make great bikes for commuting to work, riding around the city, and they can haul a lot of gear if needed.

The first Rockhopper (85) was Specialized's first Taiwan made bike while the SJ Sport was still made in Japan, there might be frame differences just by that fact. See pics of an '85 Rockhopper, SJ, and SJ Sport (early 86 still with rear cantis) for reference.
