Fancy metals, carbon fork? Black and black. And maybe black.

When did black walled tires start showing up, and gaining in popularity over skin wall and gum wall tires?
Btw OP, I’m not much of a fan for black wall tires, but they do seem to work on your bike. Though I do wish you had a photo with tan walls to compare.

Color doesn't matter on zoomie modern bikes. Now C&V is different.
BITD, tire sidewalls distinguished between European/Japanese lugged frame derailleur equipped bikes and cheap department store gas pipe clunkers.
We stocked 20-30 different sizes of clinchers from 12" to the 28" x 1 1/2" beasts used on Raleigh DL-1 and similar rod braked bikes.
Once we got in some "Di Yung" brand 26" Korean made tires. How appropriate!
I have black sidewall tires on several of my bikes that came with them. Since they're riders and not for show plus the tires ride nice, I haven't changed them.

With that color frame, Blackwalls! Although,
Redwalls would look sharp too.

Given the middle tones of the frame, frame graphics, and rims, I vote black walls. Tan walls, nice as they are, will completely drown out the red graphics on the frame, and will add to the "all the 'colors' are in the 'middle' of the spectrum" look. The bike needs a few visual/color "anchors" from which everything else plays off of.

Black is better than tan on that bike. However, gray sidewall are an option: https://www.wiggle.com/vittoria-corsa-g-folding-graphene-tyre/
...and red would work;

Seems like black is winning your poll. I think the main reason is because the bike looks good as it is. Without a tan wall to compare it to I have to go with black.

I have a set of worn out tanwalls, I think I will throw them on there tomorrow and see how they look. But I'm leaning towards black.

How about some green/teal tan walls- sort of the color of that door?

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'd be interested in hearing some history on when blackwall performance tires took over as well. When I got back into cycling in 2008, you couldn't find tan-wall 700C tires or Brooks saddles in the bike shops. Those things were passe! Tires were either all-black or black with bright color stripes in the tread. (Sure, they could "order in" Paselas, but so could I. So I did.)

Modern, vintage, carbon, steel, frame color, fork material...it matters not, Tan > Black 99% of the time.
That Basso should get tan for sure.

Blackwalls on your bike look dirty to me - it's because of the frame colour. Tan walls would make a nice contrast with the frame. If you went with a matching tan for the bar tape, it'd look even better.
I like that' you've chosen red cable housing, a nice touch.
