At 193, down from 219 pre-covid. First time under 200 in almost three years. Lack of restaurant dining has been a boon.

Climbing the grades and here is a heck of a lot easier with 26 pounds gone. Another eight should about do it.

GOOD for YOU!!!!!

But....I think you should hang around to help others on their journey.

There's an element of it that's just... allow myself to get hungry before mealtime. I think this is sustainable.

I'm working from home now. While there is a kitchen at home, there is no vending machine for my daily Cheetos, a cafeteria for my second breakfast or mid afternoon cookie(s), or peers snacking on front of me. WFH will likely last through the year, but eventually I will need to face the cafeteria.

I've also cut 🍻 except a growler fill on Sunday if and only if I'm at my target weight. This seems sustainable.

Restaurants being closed and/or off limits is temporary, and their re-opening is perhaps the biggest long term threat for keeping the weight off.

On the plus side, I'm seeing PRs on climbs, sleeping better, my BP is normal, and a whole bunch of cycling jerseys fit again.

185 is my target also. I’m at 212 right now, and headed in the right direction. I don’t have a hard time getting to 190 - it’s those last 5 that are tough.

I'm slightly under the limit now too, but I hang around because I am too short for my weight.

Congratulations.
