Where's the thread with tons of lighting pics?
I've searched, but can't find the thread with a BF member took pics of various models of lights and reflective with different external light sources, ie. darkness, passing car, direct car etc...

The very first post has quite a few links to beam comparison photos. And a great expanation of pros and cons for different bulb types. The link to my beam photos is messed up, when you get to where the link takes you, click on the bike lights album.
mechBgon has a Visibilty page on line that is great and has done a lot of beam shots too, the photos with cars passing etc. sound like his. I have done some as well, are you looking for something in particular?

The one I'm thinking of, and I believe the poster posted a URL of his page, had things like a safety vest displayed on black velvet under various lighting situations. He outlined the differences (with pics) of passive and active lights etc.
