Thanks guys.. Now I saved money for not buying new wheel set. Savings will now be thrown to the new tires. I got a whole winter now to get crazy what would be the best tire. For now i have installed old tires 33mm triggger upfront and 32mm CG panaracer behind.

How winter are we talking?
Back when I was tough enough to ride all winter here in WI, I stayed on normal slick road tires. They cut through fresh snow and slush and felt pretty much like riding in the wet. When there's ice or hardpack, no rubber tire is going to stick. You're looking at studs at that point, which are heavy and expensive. Just ride slower.
The real problem is staying dry.

The CG is terrible in my hybrid.. I believe you shouldn't put that narrow tire on a wide(23mm) rims. Used them just in our local trail for abt 500miles, i had abt 4 pinch flats.
Maybe in my SS 19mm(corrected), it would perform better.

Hmmm. I've been running 33mm tires on 23mm rims all of this year and I can't say enough good things about it. Interesting. Last weekend I raced 'cross on Maxxis clinchers with maybe 30 psi (likely less) and they worked great.

Pinch flats are user error, not something you can blame on the tires.
