Gravity Zilla 1x11 on Bikes Direct..Worth it?
I saw this bike on Bikes Direct and it looks like a good deal:
Save up to 60% off new Monster Cross Cyclocross Road Bikes - 2018 Gravity Bicycles WEB Sale Gravity Zilla Gravel Bikes SRAM Rival 1x11 Monster Cross Cyclocross Bicycles | Save up to 60% off new road bikes
Sram 1x11 Gruppo for this price seems like a steal. Any input?

I mean it's a good value. But there's no way on God's green earth I could ride a bike that ugly.

That's actually a good deal, it does have thru axles. That steel fork looks like it weighs 10lbs. It says it's suspension fork compatible. I wonder what amount of travel it's designed for.

I like mine. I built it from a frameset last year. At first I rode it with 700 x 43's but this spring I switched it to 27.5 with WTB Horizons.
I ride it on everything from road to rocky singletrack and it handles it all very well. Yes it is ugly, but you don't see it while you are riding.

I would ride that. For $700, there are not a lot of other options out there if you really want to try 1x11. That curved top tube is a little ugly, but it serves a purpose. Heck...for $700, you could trash the frame and use it as a parts bike on something else.

Throw in few more bucks you can buy a decent Jamis Renegade exile for comparison of that price..

Look in the FB marketplace, you'll lots of GG with a relatively low mileage.
