Got these laced to Mavic GP4 rims. No markings and haven't measured but they slide perfectly into my 1972 Raleigh Competition rear drop-outs. The black covers are polymer. They seem smooth.
Curious as to the make and quality!

KenNc-
Juvela is absolutely correct, the full, black plastic dust caps are the give away. Some one has pealed off the black and gold hub stickers but repros are available here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Maillard-Sp...gAAOSwF-xfCBbT

Hello KenNC,
These hubs are of very high quality and I like them very much from both a performance and aesthetic perspective.
They do have one unfortunate design feature.
On most/nearly all hubs with one-piece alloy shells it is possible to remove worn out or damaged bearing cups by pushing/pulling them from the back side. On the design of this hub the bearing cup sits in a seat which is rectangular in crossectional view. The hole in the hub shell is smaller in diameter than the hole in the bearing cup so there is no way to get behind the cup with a tool to remove it. The cup's back side is completely covered by the seat.
If one ever wished to replace a cup it would be one heck of a project.

Thanks all for the great info, wouldn't have figured that out without the help. I'll get those repro decals from Greg Softley! Definitely feel like I took a chance and lucked out on these, am looking forward to putting them to use!

This 700 might require a few litres de graisse to repack.
