Sessions Woods in Burlington, CT?

Hi there. Total noob to the mountain bike world. I'm looking for a beginner friendly mountain bike trail that won't kill me. I'm going to be in the Burlington CT area this weekend and found "Sessions Woods Wildlife Management Area Trail" from a Google search. Does anyone have any experience on this trail(s) who would care to comment? Thanks.

Appears that cycling is allowed only on the two gravel trails, which have a total mileage of 3.2:
