Debt can be a good thing if properly utilized. For example, we bought a small commercial property for about $500k with$100k down and financed the balance. Our ROI has been 15-20% per year while our equity has also increased. Had we paid cash with no borrowing, our ROI would have been 1% or less per year. Plus, we stayed more liquid.

I have recently returned to 52/36 gearing, I used to run 53/39 but even with a 32-11 that was to much for any climbing of lenth. So I tried 50/34 and hated it. I was always behing the cadence. Every shift felt like it was already half spun out, but shifting earlier was under rpmed. I have none of that with the 52/36 it's just right.

Are most folks using 3s power on their computer display?
3 or 4 rides so far on my new power meter and I'm still trying to figure out how things work regarding maintaining a consistent effort. I can do okay if I stay in the same gear but shifting just throws everything off!
