Garmin ANT+, Garmin Heart Rate Monitor, Iphone4 (Last ?; I promise)

So, I'm still trying to figure this stuff out as it pertains to joining

. Since I'm stuck with an Iphone 4, my options are limited to the heart rate choice for the program. I found a Garmin Heart Rate monitor (below) and an ANT+ stick that works on Iphone 4's. Can someone confirm or deny that this is all that I need for the program. I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass. I just want to be able to place an order and not have to worry about going through returns and whatnot in trying to get everything set up. Thanks in advance.

What does the iphone have to do with trainerroad. You need to run it from your laptop/desktop. The ant stick for the computer and corresponding ant compatible heart rate monitor and cadence speed sensor are all you need.
