Age this Raleigh Winner bike

Could anyone give an idea what age this bike is? Thinking of buying it as it looks in very good original condition!

Fade paint started appearing in the mid-1980s. I'd say mid to late 1980s. This is a entry level model as evidence by stamped dropouts, rear derailleur with claw adapter (appears to be the steel version of the Huret Eco), nutted hubs, clamp style shift levers, swaged crankset with steel chainrings, safety brake levers, Even the rims appear to be steel. Almost certainly a hi-tensile frame and a European model.
