Need help with troubleshooting
I have an e-bike that sat for 6 or 7 years. I charged the battery (voltage is good), but the throttle doesn't cause the motor to spin.
I have an Electrocar Brushless Controller tester, but I don't know how to use it.
The motor is a 1,000 MAC with 10T winding.
Controller is a 9 FET Infineon purchased from Edward Lyon.
No obvious damage from the throttle controllers. One is a thumb controller, and one is a cruise control with on/off slide switch.
Any help would be appreciated. The bike ran extremely well, and only has a few hundred miles on it.
I can post pics of everything if that would help.

I suggest you connect another battery to the system before trying to analyze the problem unless you have tested the functionality of your current one and it is adequate. Batteries don't like being discharged for several years.

Also, I have a "Loud Bicycle" horn that sat for the same length of time, and pressing the button it is still extremely loud. I think modern batteries hold a charge far better than anything from back in the day.

Mainly I just need to know how the tester works.
It has 5 main testing functions.
Is it necessary that I test one function at a time?
I'm concerned that there could be a combination of functions that would need to be attached simultaneously.
