Please do, post lots I love BRG. Probably one of the finest bicycle colors at least for touring bikes I think it is perfect.

Here you go veganbikes, thanks for the reminder!

The bike isn’t BRG but it is green and British. Where it’s not faded, its original color it’s close.
I like that it’s the original paint but I also like to think how beautiful it would be with primarily BRG with a black head tube, black band on the seat tube and that band and the Nervex lugs lined in white. I need to mock it up.

British Racing Green swatch

Head tube with heron logo, Nervex lugs, and Simplex Gold friction shifters.

I know the handle bar tape needs replacing - I’ve just got some green and Khaki cloth tape to redo it in a harlequin pattern and am looking for the white Carlton hoods. All the aluminum, rims and hubs need a good polish.

1972 Super Course

Bluemels Sprint Veloce mud guards.

Oh darn...I was hoping for BRG, still a cool bike. I love that it is "The Raleigh" and the old fenders are rad.

50voltphantom Welcome to the club, bruv. Challenge make fantastic tires that are a pain in the tookus to install but are such a lovely ride. My SS/FG RandoCross Fun Time Machine has Gravel Grinder Pros (and used to have the Strada Biachi Pros) and my touring bike has Gravel Grinder Races for a little more puncture protection. I thought they were going to be hard to install too, but I had absolutely zero problems mounting them to those rims, no drama whatsoever. Based on looks alone I'm in love.

Oh and I just bought a carbon fork for that beast. NOS Ridley

Next time I need new Challenge Tires I will send them to you. My first set was agony now maybe that was the tubeless compatible rims with non-tubeless tires I don't know but my hands hurt.

Dura-Ace pedals. Definitely used condition, so I won't be afraid to beat on them. But the bearings are still silky-smooth, and that's what counts in my book.

A vintage 3TTT flutted seatpost to match the recent stem purchase, and a white Selle saddle to match the chrome bullhorn handlebars wrapped in white tape.

I got the Moloko Adjunct Personal Effects Receptacle so I can hold some 'nanners and cool rocks on my rides. I am curious to see if I still get all my same hand positions on my Moloko bar with the bag on.

I'm feeling that blue color. I like my State Bicycle Pardi Boi. It came with their same standard white saddle, which was never used and sits in a tote with the pedals, and white bullhorns. Exchanged those things for a Selle SMP saddle, Odyssey pedals and Nitto bullmoose b904 handlebars. Enjoy the whip!

Got a Cinelli Tipo Pista on the way to me. Ordered Cinelli Lola Bullhorns, DiaCompe Reverse Levers, Stamp 7 pedals, and a shimano 16T freewheel.

Considering selling some other bikes to look at a new wheel set and new brake calipers for it too. Trying to kit this thing to be just exactly what im looking for!

How do you like the Cordoba? I was considering it in comparison to the Tipo Pista. The Cinellie was only about 100 bucks more than the cordoba where i live. Also, nice helmet! I got a Lazer G1 Mips coming to me hopefully next week!

I don’t recommend anything from Aventon. Save up a little more money and buy a better quality bike. Get an All-City or something of similar quality. Aventon is trash.
