1976 Eisentraut "Limited" Touring frame & fork (54.5 cm)

UPDATE 3/20/22 @ 8:30 PM pst: Frame & fork has been sold.

. . .

Handcrafted in Oakland, CA in collaboration with Bruce Gordon.

Reynolds 531 tubing. Possibly mixed tubing set as Albert was known to incorporate Columbus as well as Vitus into his Reynolds based designs.

Campagnolo fork tips, drop outs. Maybe brazes ons too?

Extremely nice riding frameset weighing under 6 lbs.

---

Measurements from center to center:

Seat tube - 54.5 cm
Top tube - 54 cm
Chain stays - 44 cm

---

Straight & rust free. Interior of tubes have been treated with Frame Saver as preventative measure against future rust.

Paint chips and scrapes as shown (will include a bottle of Testors brand Artic Blue Metallic enamel which is a near perfect color match for touch up).

Decal is unfortunately scratched. Reproductions are available from Velocals.

All threading (braze ons and bottom bracket shell) are in good condition.

No dents or other compromises detected.

-- -- --

Includes:

• Campagnolo Pista headset
• Campagnolo seat post binder bolt
• Campagnolo rear brake drop bolt (needed for 700c)
• Drop out adjustment screws
• Clamp on top tube cable guides
• Step down rear cable ferrule

Last photo shows the frame as built prior to tear down for sale. Hate to see it go, but my loss is your gain.

Let me know if you have any questions I might be able to answer or if I can provide any additional photographs.

-- --- --

Will be packed using pool noodles and zip ties with fork removed and straddled to frame. Fork tips and rear triangle will be braced.

Shipping to CONUS only via shipbikes dot com at an estimated $40 cost (included in asking price).

Will need approximately one week upon receiving payment in order to purchase a shipping box, packing supplies, and to prepare the goods for shipment. Tracking provided upon shipment.

$365 shipped SOLD
PayPal only please. And thanks for looking.
