I came in 2nd in the Athena category on my first triathlon.

There were only 2 of us in the category.

Bum dum tsss

I actually didn’t care where I placed or what my time was. I sprained my ankle a few days before and really gave up on it but I ended up finishing in 1h32m. My goal pre sprain was 1h30m. I’m just so thrilled I actually finished it.

The goal was yours, so you can improve on your goal gradually.

Every one of us, not just Clydes and Athenas can be proud of you. That was something a lot of us have never done, or thought to try.

Great job! Just finishing is a major accomplishment. You got close to your goal time despite injury. You should be very proud.
