Bikee Bike and mid drive motors

Does anybody have experience with this Italian based company?

they have conversion kits from 250w to 1500w. The installation video looks simple enough even though I have the wrong handlebars but all their bikes demos seem to be for rough offroad stuff. with high torque.

I live in Medellin a city in a valley surrounded by 700 meter mountains. I want to install a mid-drive motor on an old Trek Hybrid with 28" wheels and a fairly high center of gravity. Everything has to be installed as low as possible as we have frequent rain showers that can last 45 minutes or more and this will be for commuting.

Sending stuff for servicing out of Colombia is a nightmare and very expensive so what I ever i ended up buying has to be a tank!

Thanks for any advice.

Looks impressive, but I've never seen one reviewed here. Are there any e-bike forums you can access?
