Inspired a friend
Over the last couple of years I have lost over 70 pounds by counting calories and most importantly riding my bike. A friend at work has been watching me ride in to work and finally asked me if I could help him with a bike.
Being as he has a short inseam it took me a while to find the right bike for him to start out on but I finally did. An older Univega Rover T2.5. I spent the last couple of weeks rebuilding it and finally delivered it tonight.
He took it for a test ride and came back with this look on his face. As a plus I helped him set up the app I use to track calories. My roll from here on out, gentle encouragement.

Great job! I have a head count of 3 on bikes now that never rode regularly before.

It's always satisfying to help someone else take a step they didn't imagine they could take. Particularly when it ends with results including increased enjoyment, improved health and similar.
