Good article. I live in South Florida (65 years old) where temps in summer early morning (when I ride) 80s with at least 70% humidity. Haven't had any problems with heat/humidity that a 20 something would have.

Ask me again when I'm 80+ :-(

I seem to be getting my mojo back. I rode 5+ hours in 90+ degree temperatures with high humidity which is typical for summers in the Carolinas. I rode much slower than normal but hey, it was really hot! The temps on the Garmin were pushing 100 degrees.

I think taking the electrolyte pills while I'm playing golf is helping.
