I've always thought that a dark blue frame went very nicely with a black carbon fork. Here's the bike I ride just about all the time, a 2009 Rodriguez Shiftless track bike with road angles and couplers. This was taken the day after I'd completed Paris-Brest-Paris on a fixed gear:

Only change since this picture is the installation of a Deda 8 degree stem instead of the Easton 0 degree stem. Allows for a slightly lower bar.

This blue enough for ya?

'09 Orbea Onix TDA. Mostly stock (105, Shimano R500 wheels). Upgrades: Deda Newton Deep bar, Fizik Antares saddle, FSA 2-bolt carbon post, Speedplay pedals, Challenge Criterium Open tires. Future upgrades: better/lighter brake calipers and wheels. Known as "Bo" (as in "Bo Dacious Bicycle"). Amazingly wonderful bike. Oh, and I got it for $1200 when the LBS turned over their demo/rental fleet this past fall.

ps - and as you might be able to tell from the photos, I'm experiencing blue skies along with my blue bike. Gotta love the high desert!

Guess I can add this one to the blue bike list . Just rolled it out of the garage in completed form today.
1983 Nishiki, revamped with Sturmey Archer 3 speed, bull horns, modern rims.

sez the Kona: "Ah'm dead SEXAY..."

My new all-purpose ride, the '06 Kona Coiler Supreme; the frame is a 'leftover' warranty replacement that the online retailer is clearing out.

And I thought my old Dakar XLT was sweet...!

Doesn't Walmart spray all their returned bikes red before they resell them for 1/2 price?

My blue bike is a ten dollar Salvation Army store beater. I really like riding
this little jewel. 1975 Spalding Blade, 12 sp. Cantilever brakes, Super long
seat post. Kenda slicks. It was update with nice wheels and new tires
just before I got it. The bike was very dirty, the wheels and tires looked
brand new. It had a Cloud Nine seat I gave to a forum member and got
a nice Zefal gel for it.

It is my bike of choice for pulling my $5 yard sale Burley D'lite.
