Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Decisions on bike to use

Hello,

I have a '15 CAADX rival with hydro's and QR. My girl has a '16 focus mares with TA and TRP's HRD. I am looking at getting a new frame. She had the intents on riding more gravel/etc however she has not gotten into it as much as she thought she would. She really enjoys the road. Anyway, she has given me the okay to use her bike if I want to. Now, should I just get a light wheelset and race it? Or just get my own frame as I intended. It wouldn't be for another year on getting the new frame. I also have a wheelset that can be converted to TA from QR.

Thank You
