Greetings!

Newbie to this forum and fairly new to cycling. Hail from Eastern Washington. Ride a ‘13 Bianchi Sempre Pro & doing a complete restoration of a 90’s Bianchi Campione, which is currently residing on my workbench in about 100 disassembled pieces. Just completed a 50 mile ride here (Spokefest2019) in my home town and anxious to join more rides/races soon. Despite the carbon bianchi, I’m quite enthralled with vintage/steel bikes and will undoubtably be adding to my collection. Once the Campione rebuild is complete, pretty sure I’ll be putting more miles on it than the Sempre Pro! There’s just something really cool about old steel.... especially old Italian steel 😁

Looking forward learning as much as I can from you all, and hopefully be able to pay it forward down the road as well.

Ride Safe!

~Jon

Welcome. I’m sure you found the Classic and Vintage forum here. That spot is filled with steel lovers.

Glad you are are looking for group rides. In my opinion, that’s the best way to build up endurance while having a good time socializing
