Can I use a 52t front derailleur with a 53t ring?

I got an almost-new Shimano Dura-Ace road triple crankset and need to install a new front derailleur.

The problem is that the biggest ring has 53 teeth (it's a 30/39/53), and the only triple derailleurs I've found are for 52t. Could I use them safely? I hope just one teeth won't be a problem, but I want to be sure before buying anything. Thanks!
