Deleted by C-list already. You shoulda screenshot it Was there anything funny on the listing other than the ridiculous picture?

Has anyone ever heard of anyone being hassled by johnny law for violating anti-apehanger laws? Most localities/states have laws against having the handlebar grips higher than eye level or a certain level above frame or something like that. This looks like it would qualify. I don't know what their issue is -other than haterz hatin' on a stylistic fringe they might not like.

I thought it qualified to be listed here both because of the pic and the fact that the seller calls it a 'Vintage' Roadmaster.

ape hanger laws? it must be for motorcycles and have something to do with obstructed vision.

Actually, at least here in California, it does
go along with motorcycle laws of the same sort.

I believe it has more to do with the difficulty
encountered in steering such contraptions,
and the resulting risks to anyone in the
immediate vicinity of the rider, including
same. I kinda see where it's coming from-
and it's not
haterz hatin' on a stylistic fringe they might not like.
More like "Don't squash my cat."

I think everyone should watch the movie Idiocracy.

It's a very funny Movie and hits the nail squarely on the head. I read internet forums, YouTube comments, Ebay listings/Craigslist and just shake my head at how dumb so many people are these days. It is really quite sad.

Public skoolz is wroking!

Bike rides but does need work to get it perfect. Not sure of the model. 53 cm frame with 26" tires and 12 gears. Not sure how old.
