I’m so sorry, but I’ve been trying for 40 min. to get this stupid computer to work. Anyway, head to over to www.danscomp.com. They’re arguably the largest BMX mail-order company, and cheap, too.
WHEELS: Since you want a cassette wheel and have 3/8 axle slots, you are pretty much limited to one choice at Dans (and anywhere else). The Drive cassette wheel https://www.danscomp.com/401112.php?cat=PARTS. You can, however, opt to have your dropouts drilled to accept the larger 14mm axles. Then you can choose from just about any cassette wheel at Dans. If you choose to go with the 14mm size, Eastern or Alex make budget friendly wheels, whereas Odyssey makes high-quality wheels. I’m afraid that the width of your dropouts may be an issue, I’m not sure. Your LBS would know.
SPROCKET: Get an aluminum sprocket. Note there are three sizes in the width of the crank hole (and therefore the spindle width): 19mm (most popular), 22mm (high-end cranksets), and 15/16in. (one-piece cranksets). If you get a 22mm spindle in your crankset, you must get a 22mm sprocket. If you get a 19mm crankset, you can use any of the sizes. To do so, you can use the spacer that is included in almost any BB kit to attach a 22mm sprocket, the spacer for a 15/16” sprocket is sold separately https://www.danscomp.com/457004.php?cat=PARTS.
BRAKES: Get these https://www.danscomp.com/484009.php?cat=PARTS.
CRANKS: DO NOT get one-piece cranks because you already have them. Get chromoly (abbre. Cro-Mo) TUBULAR three-piece cranks. Again, Eastern is more economical while Odyssey has the better quality. Poverty cranks aren’t worth their price and the Demolition Medials are renowned for cracking in two, so avoid these cranks. I did not mention the whole slew of brands because in order to REALLY help you find the best cranks for you, I need to know your riding style.
BB KIT: When viewing any particular set of cranks, Dans will usually recommend a particular BB kit to go along with the cranks. The link to the kit will be found above the pic of the crankset. If Dans does not recommend a particular set, ask me and I will help you find a set for your cranks.
One more thing…welcome to BF, and I hope this helps. Feel free to ask me ANY questions and PM me if you want.

Or you can use a sawz-all. I think that's what it's called. Stick it in a vice if you have one.

Cassettes on a 3/8" are a terrible idea unless you are racing, flip flop hubs are for freewheels, and that gear ratio will be super fun, you should run it.

If you want a cassette for 3/8" get an odyssey race cassette hub.
