Definitely tubing decals. No specific manufacturers. I’m currently doing an old Nishiki repaint. Probably will be custom not sure about decals. But going forward I’d like to browse if possible cool frame decals that may or may not be company specific. Thanks for the reply. I can of course bounce around online but thought folks here may know of small website with some cool vintage reproductions or originals.

Columbus Tubing Decals
Some eBay vendors also do custom work, if you can point them to the artwork--even on-line images. I had custom old-school Shimano decals made this way for a good price--and the vendor even sent extras! (the logo with the oval/stylized "S").

Greg Softley has a very comprehensive decal selection, plus he's a good guy. He's in Australia, but decals fit in a normal letter, so the shipping is no issue. His web page is here:

Since you are going to be applying tubing decals that may not match what is on the bike you may want to have some fun with it. We have a recent post about Soma, the older Soma, doing just that Here: Ishiwata Mimicry
There are others that have made knock-off Reynolds 531 decals.
@zandoval has a technique to make your own custom water slide decals. Perhaps this is something that you can do and it should be fun to do the graphics to look like Reynolds, Columbus, Ishiwata, TruTemper, Guaranteed Made of STEEL or Made from 531 Recycled Chevrolets, Fords, Plymouths, a Simca and Various other cars.

SSSink might be the best now that Velocals has closed. But they only sell to painters or other professionals, not to individuals. And I think you have to send photos of the bike as-is. They are clear that they don't want to sell you Cinelli decals for your Windsor (as an example).

Not knowing that restriction, I bought some very hard to find decals for my Heron from him 3-4 years ago. I recall he didn’t answer emails and I had to use telephone. They were pricey but included two sets and they were good quality. The powder coater (Groody bros) was impressed with them.

No head tube decal though. I have seen some NOS ones turn up on ebay.
