For a co-worker's bike: I have a Shimano SL-BS50 for the LH (front, triple) but
need a RH 7SP barcon unit (Ultegra or lower level is OK).
If she'd get comfortable with fiction shifting this would be a simple deal, but...
I could also make a Rivendell bar-end "pod" for the RH side work (with a shift lever that I am pretty certain to have somewhere already) so that's "plan B" (or maybe plan A-2)
I have a ton of parts for trade, just send me a list!

Anyone interested in swapping their SR chainrings for my NR? My NR are 144bcd in 49t and 42t. I’m after a small and a big SR, but not that fussy on actual teeth.
Happy to add other odds and ends if you don’t think it’s a fair swap (have mismatched Campy headset, BB, seatpost etc parts that need a home, for example).

Well, I reached N, for about a minute; it was nice.
ISO a1995ish Trek 520, size 17"/48cm, preferably in that awesome dark forest green. 520's (of any era) are hard to find, small sizes are mythical. Still, can't hurt to ask.
EDIT: Okay; after further research, a mid-to-late '90s Trek MultiTrack 790 would possibly be better. The big difference between the two at the time was the MultiTrack takes wider tires. Yes please. Willing to pay.

Looking for an Italian headset with this type of aesthetic, with that crosshatching. Doesn't have to say anything on it, and I don't want Campagnolo. Must be a good quality headset though, not some cheap junk off an boom-era Italian city bike.

With the benefit of a larger monitor and picture, the pinarello headset you shared does not have the pattern cut or rolled into it. My guess (and it's a guess until I have the benefit of a headset production specialist to educate me) is that the design is part of the die used to forge the cups. Verdict: NOT KNURLED.

I have these Dura-Ace EX chainrings (on this crankset). I want to trade the rings *only* for the earlier first-gen Dura-Ace/600 style rings (would consider black/drilled too). Teeth aren’t perfect, but I don’t expect perfection in return either.

Isn't the circumference the same for 700c and 650b? That's the point of 650b conversions.

The thing is, if you make them wider, you reduce the radius.
Your fenders have a rolled edge, right? So measure the space between the two rolled edges, and cut yourself a little stick of wood (like a pencil stub or something like that size) a little longer than that that measurement. So if the fender measures 42 mm, cut the wood to 45 mm.
Use a twisting motion to jam it between the rolled edges at one end of a fender, then slide the the stick along between the rolled edges all the way to the other end of the fender, pressing the rolled edges apart as you go. Make a couple passes, it should get easier the second pass. Your fender will now fit a smaller wheel.
You may have to repeat that process with successively longer pieces of wood before you get to the right size. Whole process should take just a couple minutes. Don't overdo, if you go too far,undoing this isn't so easy.
Edit, lest I go off topic:
ISO old 36h track bike hubs. This is for a bike from the 40's or early 50's. American or English stuff (Bayliss Wiley, BHC, Philips, etc), would be great, but I'd consider French, Italian, German, whatever.

The ideal headset would be similar to the Pinarello headset, but with Bottecchia lettering (I believe the same model of headset was rolled with whatever name a manufacturer wanted on it), but since that's next to impossible, any period-looking headset with the right vibe would do.
