cinelli mash 2011 Vs dodici special 2011

I want to buy a street/track frame.
please let me know which frame is better for street riding..
Which one has better street geometry and better material?
I'm interested in using it daily for city distances..
Thanks in advance!

319 is a pretty low count for being so bitter. Especially against some one who's first language isnt english.

Bitter? I was just giving my opinion. Sorry for the terse response.

Aug 2010 is a pretty early registration date to be so sensitive.

I love the look of the histogram version of the Mash, but boy @ $925 I don't know. I don't like the look of the Dodici that much and it seems pretty similar, but your post at velospace seems to lean towards the dodici being the decision to make if you're on the fence.

2010 Mash for street riding

Can't comment on the 2011 Mash but my Dodici is pretty aggressive for everyday use

Geo is totally different. Dodici's have longer top-tubes.

I think the 2011 Mash is a bit busy looking and costs too much, and I imagine the parts of the paint that are matte scratch really easily.

I bought the Mash over the Special because I need a shorter top tube and I didn't want the ambiugity of ordering from Dodici. Decide what matters to you.

Also, thanks homebrewk, I guess I'm famous. Also, datarock is legit.

if you are patient, get the dodici, hands down.
if you want it now, or want to support a local shop, get the mash.
i'm sure they're both excellent rides.

give the wabi lightning a good look. less street cred for sure, but overall a well rounded package, lighter than a mash while keeping your wallet a bit heavier. should be a great bike for the city - the reviews around these forums + elsewhere speak for themselves.

+1. Going by your post, you want something with more of a street geo. The lightning offers that.

$925 is a ridiculous price for a Mash frameset... Yikes!

You bet. Datarock rules and you arguably have the finest (and lightest) Mash around.

I'm confused; are you talking about post count? Really? Who the fk cares?

I mean, hurrdurr, post counts less than 1000 are so low. Those opinions are totally less valuable, man.
