Motobecane year help

What year of this Demi-Course Motobecane ? I think 80th or later

hello Spellscape -

most readers of this forum are located in North America

the bicycle is a model we did not receive here in the North America market as far as i know

it looks like the absolute latest it could be is ~1970 because of the transfers and head transfer

the handlebar stem appears dangerously high

AFAIK we did not receive any Motobecane models fitted with Altenburger brakes or Union U40 pedals

one spot you can check for a date is the Rigida SuperChromix wheel rims
there may be a two digit year date inside a small diamond symbol as here -
